A clear account of the information ADE Forge collects and why it is needed.

Information we collect
ADE Forge may collect your name, email address, phone number, business details, questionnaire answers, account details, project communications, approvals, payment status and information contained in project files. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in full by ADE Forge.
How information is collected
Information is collected when you use a form, create an account, submit a project brief, communicate through the client workspace, respond to a proposal or approval, make a payment or otherwise provide information directly to ADE Forge. Technical records may also be created when the platform is used.
Why we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project suitability, prepare proposals, deliver and manage agreed services, maintain client accounts, process payments, provide project updates, protect the platform, investigate errors and meet reasonable business or legal record-keeping requirements.
Service providers and overseas processing
ADE Forge uses specialist providers for hosting, database and authentication services, email delivery, payments and error monitoring. These may include Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Stripe and Sentry. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States or other locations used by those providers.
Disclosure
ADE Forge does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers where needed to operate the platform or deliver an agreed project, to professional advisers where reasonably necessary, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for project delivery, account operation, security, dispute handling, tax, insurance and legal record keeping. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to or correction of personal information held about you. Clients can update certain account details and request account deletion through the client workspace. Some de-identified project, payment or business records may be retained where reasonably required for delivery continuity, legal obligations or dispute records.
Cookies and session data
The platform uses authentication and session storage needed to keep accounts signed in, protect access and save questionnaire progress. ADE Forge does not currently use advertising cookies or install a public marketing analytics tracker.
Questions and complaints
Use the Contact page to ask a privacy question, request access or correction, or make a complaint. ADE Forge will review the request, may need to confirm your identity and will respond within a reasonable time.
